One on one training for beginners - Great for those wanting to work out and learn the correct forms and techniques of boxing or those looking to start a boxing career. All sessions are taught by a USA boxing licensed coach. All ages welcomed. Payment is due at the time of booking. Any cancelations 24hr or less will result in the forfeit of your session payment.
